Good eye in spotting the Canadian cheddar! I think you are right about the old vs. extra mature. So lets remember that when we are about to call our parents old this Christmas, they are actually "extra mature"...And no, this time I got the organic farmhouse cheddar.

I assume extra mature equates to old here? haha, mature does sound better. I hope you bought the extra mature Canadian Cheddar :)
